- Krishnakumar (KK), the Managing Director & CEO of SPRL, has over 37 years of experience in the automotive industry. He has held key leadership roles at Schaeffler, Eaton, and Bharat Forge, managing global operations and driving strategic initiatives in technology, operations, and finance.
Under his leadership, the company has achieved new milestones in operational efficiencies, supply chain management, digitization and automation, diversification of product portfolio through organic and inorganic routes, and efficient capital allocation policy. Improvements in all these areas are made on a sustainable basis, and the impact of these initiatives will continue to have a positive impact on the company in future as well. The last five years have been a transformation journey for the company with significant improvement in Financial Performance, generating free cash flow in legacy business and deploying the cash for further growth of the business to diversify into other areas agnostic to ICE Engine and thereby creating value for all our stakeholders. The company has completed 4 Acquisitions in the last five years, and these acquisitions have been EBIDTA accretive for the company.
